FAQ
Questions people ask before starting
Do I need any technical background?+
No. CIAI is built for people who don't code. We start in plain language and assume nothing — the AI-Literate foundations exist precisely so you can begin from zero.
Can I try before I pay?+
Yes. Lesson 1 of every personal course is free, so you can see how Arthur teaches before you buy.
How much do courses cost?+
There's no subscription. Personal courses are $49 (quick), $99 (standard) or $199 (deep), your whole personal path is 20% off, and lesson 1 of every course is free. AI Professional 360™ tuition is $5,250 — pay in full, on a monthly plan, by employer or sponsor invoice, or apply for a scholarship or grant.
Will learning this actually keep me employable?+
We can't promise any specific job or outcome — no honest school can. What we can say is that employers increasingly value people who work fluently with AI, and our courses teach those skills directly.
How is CIAI different from free videos online?+
Structure, role-specific practice, and feedback. You build real work samples for your field, follow a clear path, and always know your next step — instead of piecing together scattered clips.
Do you teach a specific AI tool or product?+
We teach durable skills and workflows that transfer across the tools your workplace uses, so what you learn doesn't expire when a single product changes.
What is the AI-Native track?+
It's the premium track for people who want to build their own AI-powered online business — from a first working offer to finding early customers.
Who is behind the Institute?+
CIAI, LLC is an independent organisation, founded by Bill Faruki (Founder & Chairman), who also founded MindHYVE.ai, Inc. CIAI licenses ArthurAI™ from MindHYVE.ai, Inc. — the platform its courses and programmes are delivered on — and the two work closely together. Your tutor is Arthur.
Can my employer or team enroll?+
Team enrollment is on our roadmap. Use the contact form and we'll follow up as group options open.
