Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund for a course or programme purchased from the California Institute of Artificial Intelligence (CIAI), and how to ask for one.

Refunds

You may request a full refund of a course or programme you purchased from CIAI within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that less than 20% of that course or programme has been completed.

A request made more than 14 days after the date of purchase, or after 20% or more of the course or programme has been completed, is not eligible for a refund under this policy.

How to request a refund

Send your request through our contact page (choose “Refund request”) using the email address on your account or the one you paid with. Include the name of the course or programme and the date of purchase.
